Shot hour change: Thursdays last shot given is at 5pm.  All shot patients, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your shot time to fill out your questionnaire and perform a peak flow, if needed.

CLOSING:   Friday,  July 3rd,  Independence Day Holiday, our office will be closed.  If you're having a urgent medical matter, please go to an Emergency room or Urgent Care Clinic.

Please Note:  if you or your child are ill, for example has an upper respiratory illness (cold, RSV, croup, cough, fever), please reschedule your appt.  We have patients who are immune suppressed due to immune deficiencies and are more prone to serious complications.
