UPDATES:

Shot hour change:  Tuesday & Thursday from 9:00am-4:30pm.  We are closed from 12-1 for lunch, except by appt.  If you need an earlier morning appt for your shot, please ask our staff.   All shot patients, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your shot time to fill out your questionnaire and perform a peak flow, if needed.

CLOSING:   The office may be closing early,  Tuesday, February 9th due to the possibility of inclement weather.  If you have a shot appt, please make arrangements to come early or call the office to arrange for another day.  If you have an appt Tuesday, please call the office to confirm.  Please be aware that on Thursday there may be a delay in opening due to bad weather. 

If you're having a medical emergency, call 911.  If you are having an urgent medical matter, please contact your primary care physician's office or go to the nearest Emergency room or Urgent Care Clinic for medical attention.

SICK POLICY: Please Note:  if you or your child are ill, for example has an upper respiratory illness (cold, RSV, croup, cough, or fever), please reschedule your appt.  We have patients who are immune suppressed due to immune deficiencies and are more prone to serious complications.
